Laura was friendly and professional.
Great staff and excellent service in Daly City site.
For some reason, at least 5 people who checked in after me for X-rays were seen before me. When I questioned the receptionist, the response was she’s going in order. I was the last patient to be seen. When the tech called for me, I was frustrated and questioned the delay. She was defensive and ultimately “invited” me to leave. An unpleasant experience.
I was there early no hassel. They we’re very polite and caring especially the nurse or technician assisting me during my mammogram exam. The lady help me make relaxed. Love her.
