My doctor, Dr. Polow is good....we even share a laugh sometimes. Tracy Hooper is my NP....very good also~!! Front office staff are warm & friendly as well as helpful...! I have several health related issues & am complicated....but we’re getting thru it....
I seen sweet Vickie tonight. This was my 2nd time being there. She understood how sick I was and she cared. Loved her personality and her niceness . First time I ever met her and I was crying in pain. I think I’ll ask for her every time I have to go! If you get to read this Vicki- thank you for your kindness!
I have alot going on with me and I started seeing Tracy and I love her. Tracy cares about you and she takes time to help you. The staff has always been really nice to me. Thanks Tracy for all your help.
I am grateful for the physicians and staff here! My needs have always been met and the people here care!
I'm still relatively new to the area....but have been treated well at the clinic. I see Dr. Polow....and Tracy....and both have been most kind and understanding! I am a complicated patient with multiple medical issues!! The staff up front have always been wonderful....so friendly and helpful!! I have no complaints. Yes, sometimes it's a wait but having been a patient elsewhere (another state)..... it's about the norm!!
