I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I recently moved to the area and needed a checkup, and the entire staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. The nurse practitioner was informative, gentle, and thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Nice person at check in but never heard of a health dept that only does std and family planning. I always chose health dept due to the doctor being there for love of the profession.
Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful here.
I had to obtain my mom’s death certificate and decided to go in person since the ones I ordered thru the funeral home were delayed by the postal service. Both the woman who answered the phone and the one who helped me in-person were very friendly yet professional. Communication was good and the wait time was quick.
