Has anyone received a response by email or phone? I can't get a hold of them and would like to apply for CEs for my colleagues.
I recently transferred my license from another state and it was a quick and easy process. Whenever I had questions I called the office and was able to speak to a real person, who answered my questions with ease. The only annoying part is having to get actual fingerprints on a card 😭! Hopefully they switch to electronic soon . Thank you for making this transition easy!

The board is horrible with communication and does not respond. I left multiple voicemails months ago and sent emails regarding a matter - with no response. I need to speak to someone regarding a different matter, and again, no response. It is very unfortunate that they hold so much power but are an organization that can't function properly.
Staff answered my email inquiry promptly regarding my continuing education questions. Thanks!
