My great aunt who is 93 got placed here for rehab on her legs. She has been there 10days and hasn't improved. They bearly change her or bathe her. We told them she has issues chewing and they ignore us and give her food she can't eat. When they don't want to deal with her are moving her to an area without a call button. And the reason she is there for they aren't even doing. Then when we call and complained they do rehab on her arms not her legs like she is there for. if it's any connection to health centrel I don't recommend it. I called for a volunteer job here for school, haven't heard anything back.
My family is forever grateful for the excellent care given to our Mother.
I know nursing homes in America are needed! But the hard reality is that they all suck! I've been happy & unhappy with what I've seen here! If the employees treated the patients like these were their family members & loved ones things would be a lot better. I know there are good ppl working here, but I also have seen some that I wouldn't let in my house & that's the part that scares me! I hope & pray God takes me home before I need a service like this!
