My son was taken to urgent care due to flu symptoms.. we checked in at 12 noon and at 2 still had not been brought in to see a provider...there were only 7 people in the waiting room... absolutely ridiculous.
Be careful he prescribed Meds that I was allergic to 3 times Visit and prescription were useless
My daughter went to health center on broad at because she had been sick while at college for a month. Dr said she had bronchitis, prescribed an antibiotic, sent her on her way. When we went to pick up the Rx, there was no record of it. The dr never put in his notes that he was prescribing anything so no dr at the HHHN will prescribe it and the dr is out until tomorrow. Meanwhile my daughter is suffering. We will be finding new health care services.
They could actually treat patients instead of telling them it's in their head, slapping a MH label and allowing a superbug to fester for 3 years until their patients leave the Area for real health care
RecommendedAppointment at 845am. Seen, diagnosed, and first dose of medication in; all before 930am. Now that's excellent service! Glad to be part of such a great company treating the North Country with excellent care. ❤ Thank you Queensbury Health Center Pediatric office. -Alton 4 years old
RecommendedThe staffing and my doctor are wonderful they make you feel so comfortable . They take the time to listen what you want to say . Never have long waiting time to get called in or once you are in the room .
