My mother went here after a visit in the Er for a follow up! The receptionist was very rude because my mother doesn't have health insurance and said she would be self pay! My mother also went out of her way to donate mask to them! She has called back with a concern with a medication and the same receptionist was rude.

I was turned away last July 2019. Let me explain. I was a Compliant Patient here since their opening until I left here in summer 2018. I had Lyme Disease and was not getting the help needed with getting anyplace with the message ! A Complex Incurable Rare Disease patient. CRPS, also named the suicide disease, since 1995. RecommendedI have seen Dr. Parker for 8 years and he is absolutely amazing! He takes the time to genuinely listen, doesn't make you feel rushed during an appointment and he always makes sure he responds to patient concerns promptly. His nurses have always been equally as amazing. They make me feel my mental health and health in general is a priority regardless of how many patients he sees. I highly recommend him as a PCP! Kudos to Dr. Parker and the amazing staff!
RecommendedExcellent and compassionate providers and staff. My wait times have never been excessive and even when using urgent care I've never waited more than 20 minutes. I highly recommend HHHN.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Some of the worst docs I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve spent my fair share of time in the field. Dr France has zero empathy, he pulls answers out of a hat. The front staff don’t give any care. I make sure everyone knows how awful they are. Private message me if you want details

I was given a dr appointment that i had a two month wait for. I counted down to the appointment. I was released from the inpatient unit at Gfh with the excitement of my appointment. They are rescheduling it bc it’s not an emergency. So now i have to wait until June. Had they gotten me in before two months or actually called me with cancellations like i asked i would have already been in. So what’s not an emergency to hhhhw can be an emergency to people’s mental health.
