Waited 20 minutes plus check in so not bad. Nice people . Doing there job :)
Be prepared if you want to make an appointment with these people....sleeping bag, food, a porta potty...because you're gonna' be on hold for a while Hope you like elevator music, LOL I'm so sick of not getting anyone on the phone, I may just say screw the diabetes, and let nature take her course, and enjoy what life I've got instead of sitting here attached to my phone half the day waiting for someone to stinking get serious about his or her job and just answer the blinking phone already!
