It’s a love/hate relationship some of the front desk is rude and I called 3 days straight no one answered. There is a lady at the front desk in the morning time who is nice and she always answers the phone I been going here for a long time some doctors are amazing others are eh. It all depends on when you go and who you see.
I’m calling and they disconnected the phone early in the morning to not answer calls 🤦♀️. These front desk need to be better once you are at work you have a job to do.
Guy was rude and dismissive at front desk when my ticket number was called up. Appeared to be arab or spanish male, early 40s. Had to call to get my results, they told me I should get a link or email with my results in a week. When I called a week later they said I would have to wait an additional 7-10 business days to receive an email or link since they are done by a 3rd party. Had to stop by and get my results in person. Routine sexual health testing. Front desk is efficient, first come first serve. Nurse and doctor were both friendly and helpful!
