This facility has the worst communication I've experienced. I'm surprised they have any ratings over 2 stars. Scheduling is really difficult because no one responds to emails or returns phone calls. You have to continue to reach out to them and hope that someone actually answers the phone. They send out payment reminders despite not sending invoices. The lack of response is unprofessional and very inconvenient for patients. Look elsewhere for reliable service.

Went for an initial appointment to be told that the psychiatrist I met with doesn't do therapy but she's willing to "give a try." Then called back to reschedule a second appointment, was told the therapist needed to check their availability and never got a call back.
