This place is a complete joke!!!!! My mother has been without a portable oxygen for months!!! These people are worthless!!! If something happens to my mom while we take her to and from the doctors, I GUARANTEE them there WILL BE A LAWSUIT!!!!!!! I guarantee it!!!! Her doctors have also called!!! AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY!!!
The company has gone down hill. If you don't like being on hold for 15 minutes or better don't call them. I tried calling twice on hold 20 minutes the last time and 15 minutes next time for them to pickup equipment ( 35 minutes total to be ignored). No return phone calls and basically none existence customer service. Believe they have a call center handling there calls.
Do you not do business with. Awful company. They couldn’t get an order straight to save their lives. We’ve been with them a few months now for my mothers oxygen supply needs. I’ve called three times and all three times. They have screwed up my order. Today They call me and tell me they have an order to pick up my mothers oxygen concentrator… Really? If I could there would be 0 stars the worse company I have ever had to deal with. 3 portable concentrators in a month and there were all junk. Promised to deliver tanks an pick up portable never happened. Tried to call put on hold for ever I guess they saw the number and didn't want to talk any more. So no tanks no portable for who knows how long but I am sure HSC makes sure to get there money from Medicare.
