What a facility! great service, nice staff. I strongly recommend them.
I am very unhappy with this network. I spent time on the phone carefully making sure the nurse would not miss keeping their appointment between 9am-Noon. I explained that my husband would be home all day waiting for care. The nurse told me they always call 30 minutes before to make sure we are home. I explained that I may miss the call because of work. I gave them my husbands phone number and told them that he would be home all day because he can't walk. I was assured they would come.
