I’ve been a patient for a while now and I always have issues with customer service. The customer service are very inattentive and unreliable. Everytime I call to reschedule, I receive no answer or call back resulting me to cancel.
Doy 5 estrellas son excelentes personal médicos todos en general pero ahorita solo voy hablar de algo en estado comunicandome ya hace semanas para hablar con mi doctora deje mensajes de vos y no me an devuelto la llamada muchas espero resuelvan las llamadas de regreso alos pacientes
I have been trying to get ahold of them since the beginning of sept 2024 and I have not heard back from them. I have both called, left voicemails, and sent in contact slips from their websites. This is incredibly frustrating and stressful as I am running out of my medication after moving to Richmond from a different state.
