Kara was patient, kind, and honest in all our interactions. We tried various ways to support my mental health, and she was always good about following up about things. While we decided the non-medicated route was the best option, I would highly recommend her to those who medication could benefit.
Edit: Long story short, went back to her this year in 2025 to be placed back on medication. The medication did not work anymore and now gave me bad side effects, she did not believe me and told me it was all my “anxiety.” I was in turmoil for a week and half thinking it was all me but the only difference was the medication. I don’t recommend going to her as all she did was over medicate me, not educate, and not treat the whole person as a provider should. My anxiety has greatly reduced thanks to them! It was great working with Kara and I will definitely recommend her for anyone looking for psychiatry!
Have been coming here for over 2 years. Very happy with the providers and office staff. I feel very comfortable opening up to them. Medication is always sent in promptly.
