I haven’t had any problems at this clinic. My doctor Marlene is awesome
Doctor Gregory is a horror of a human being i don't want to get started because I'm pissed! He has the bedside manner of a dragon he told me to "deal with it" regarding my arthritis in my hands what kind of person does this to another human being!! He's a freaking doctor no empathy in that man going to see my new PCP today!!
Please do not get me started with the staff that work at this doctors office. I had an appointment with Marlene Mai and I told her exactly how I was feeling lately and some symptoms I had. She took less than 5 minutes with me at my appointment and told me to seek physiological help. Crazy, right?!
I was not impressed with my experience with Marlene Mai. The appointment felt rushed, communication was poor, and I did not feel comfortable or listened to during the visit.
I was very disappointed with my experience with Marlene Mai. I expected clearer communication and more attention to my concerns, but the overall visit felt impersonal and unprofessional.
