This is my family member second time receiving home services and I'm personally not satisfied at all. And then when you want to cancel the services, they ask you a 100 questions and try to make you feel some Type of way for ending the services and moving on to better services.

100% Incredible! I refuse to go to urgent care or hospital right now unless it's for something like some limbs are falling off! Health and Hope sent an incredible team to my house in less than 2 hours of calling. They had on lots of PPE, had lab tests available, were very thorough, and even sent my prescription electronically to the pharmacy so it was ready 5 minutes after they left! I wish I remembered the teammates' names, but they were ALL really sweet 10/10.
