Robbin is great! She made me feel comfortable to discuss my feelings and concerns.
I reached out after an overnight stay at the hospital and made a safety plan with doctors to seek therapy. I was happy to see an LGBT+ office sent to me so I applied to them. They got back to me super timely and asked why I was seeking therapy. I explained my situation breifly and, again they got back to me timely. Here's where anything good ends. This practice is built with compassion and a true desire to help and support the community. The team here is professional and very caring.
Jumped through a bunch of their hoops to get care and at the end of the numerous hoops to get care they said, “sorry, we can’t provide care for you, we’re not equipped to deal with you.” I still have no care after a week of waiting and trying to do the right thing.
