I would recommend anyone suffering from neck or back related pain. It's always healthy to get reset/realign especially with chronic pain. Keeping your nervous system in shape cases less pain. I also do acupuncture. Once I tried it focusing on my pain areas. There is nothing I could do to relieve it better. Doc Moline is very good I highly recommend Him �
