Rachel is a phenomenal massage therapist! I’ve been to her twice now and felt amazing after. She’s very intuitive in her approach to massage as well as thoughtful, checking in on pressure and temperature to ensure you’re comfortable. The massage room is also very inviting with abundant plants throughout. Note this is in a shared building, so you may hear occasional light noise, but it hasn’t bothered me.

Rachel Lauer is the best! I've been a fairly consistent customer for several years. I always walk out of Rachel's therapy sessions like I'm floating on a cloud. I suspect that regular massage therapy is contributing to my longevity and it certainly contributes to my quality of life.

I have received massages from Rachel for about 1-2 years. Her awareness of and memory for where I hurt and how to make it feel better is pretty remarkable. She's a great listener, very attentive and responsive to specific needs.

I felt really comfortable and relaxed here. After the session, I had quite a bit of pain relief and also felt more emotionally balanced. I would highly recommend Rachel!

Excellent practitioner. I always feel relaxed and trusting of Rachel. She adapts her skills to each clients needs. I always feel so much better after my massage . I have been a client of hers for several years and appreciate her skills.
