As an aged hockey player, that's still active at 68, I am a regular with Monique. She is able to relieve my aching muscles and reduce the knots that form after a hard skate. She is very knowledgeable, and strong. After a deep tissue massage, you know you have been worked on. I highly recommend this lady.
My 60 minute massage with Monique was amazing! Her space was very inviting and she made me really really comfortable right off the bat. She was very skilled and receptive to my needs in terms of pressure. I also felt like she had a really good understanding of the body and could really target the spots where I carry stress without even having to ask her. I also recently had surgery and she was very knowledgeable on how to best work with that to provide me relaxing relief and no pain. I would definitely recommend Monique!
This was an amazing massage! I got a 60 minute full-body massage with added hot stones on my back. I told Monique that I have sensitive knots in my neck and back that can't take too much pressure so she used a specific technique to work out the knots without hurting me at all! March 27, 2017 - I recently visited Knoxville on business and was having neck and back issues from overwork and fatigue. By chance I happened upon Ms Monique and made an appointment. I've been getting massage therapy for many years and Monique's skills and technique were by far the best I have experienced.
