I didn't think I would ever do this but I think it's finally time I share my story so that, hopefully, this woman and her company can be shut down for good. We had a caregiver scheduled to come 02/6/25 at 10:00 a.m. No call, no show. I called the office and the director said she would check and call me back. She did not call me back, she emailed at 2:40 that afternoon to tell me she finally got in touch with the caregiver and her house has the flu and she will be back next week. I found out that the caregiver did contact the office on 2/4/25 to let them know. Then, again on 2/12/25, I texted the director to confirm the caregiver was coming the next day, no reply. We have have been on their schedule for a sitter for 2 weeks and nobody calls or shows up. DHR hires this company. I would not recommend this cruddy company to anyone. They pay their people $9 an hour so no wonder they don't show. I bet Judy and Bill are living high off the hog off a buddy deal.
Great company they helped my mom and was very professional.
