The therapists here are very poor communicators, and need to learn how consent and mutual respect works. I recommend specifically not working with Nico. They will not remember anything important you tell them because they rarely ever write things down. This entire clinic gives off Portland Therapy Associate vibes. Literally the BEST place I've ever been for therapy. Saved my life.
Obtaining information about which clinicians were accepting new clients required several days and several emails back and forth. I was put on the waitlist for several therapists. When an appointment was available, the Admin offered me several appointments for the week of 8/19 and let me know that I needed to tell them by 8/16 to secure one. I requested to book an appointment for 8/19.
