I am current caregiver and 100% disagree with the negative comments regarding not being on the schedule and a unprofessional organization, it has to be something that caregiver did to not be on the schedule. I have worked at several different home care agencies in my career and this by FAR is the BEST and MOST PROFESSIONAL company I have worked for as they actually care about their clients and make sure the clients like and enjoy the caregivers and vice-versa. Healing Starts at Home Care provides 24 hour care for my Mother. They are very professional, experienced and compassionate. The owner and her team have become an extension of our family, I don't know where Mom or I would be without this group. I sleep a lot better at night knowing Mom is being cared for by such a loving group. If your Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother, Aunt...whomever, needs home care like our Mom did, I highly recommend Healing Starts at Home, we couldn't be happier!
