Great massage and pricing. My service was $150 and I was planning in tipping $20 in cash, but then they showed me a tipping guide which requires $40 for tips. I paid them and will not come back. I have been to many massage places in various cities and have never felt so forced to tip and to tip so much. That killed the entire experience
My neck has been hurting me a lot and we came down to healing. She had to massage and I just had the most incredible massage that I have had in the past decade. Tracy was my masseuse and I will be back. She is an absolute angel!!! Thank you!!
Pros: reasonable pricing, courteous staff, easy to make appointments, effective treatment Cons: they ask for more tip!!! I was ready to “sign on the dotted line” and make this place a regular spot for me and my daughter. great massage. very deep pressure. booking online was easy. i would give 4 stars for the massage but the payment experience was less than spectacular. i paid venmo instead of card and she said it would be $78 instead of the regular $83. as i was paying on venmo, she made a phone call and then told me it would actually be $83 instead of $78. my service was not great, so she took my in to do my massage. when i came out, there was a different person sitting at the front and so i paid the rest via card and the $30 charge for cup... read more
Massage was not worth it. Don’t normally leave negative reviews but I’ve never had such a negative experience and felt the need to share some awareness. Had a massage was ok, asked them to ease up and didn’t happen. Left feeling worse than when I had arrived but didn’t need to raise any concerns other than what I had shared. I tipped based on the service and the owner followed me out all the way to my car to ask me why my tip was so low and that I should tip more.
