Wow, how much do I love Lydia, SOOO much! I saw Lydia for acupuncture during pregnancy a little over a year ago, and that was fabulous! About 4-5 mths ago I decided it was time to get my body back in balance. I have been so happy with my results. My hormones are much, much better. My inflammation is improving every day. And I’m down 10 lbs, bonus! She has even helped my almost one year old when he was sick and again to help us figure out what he wasn’t reacting well to, food wise. I am forever grateful!
The two ladies at Healing Roots are so knowledgeable and have your best interest at heart. I have seen so many great results with my health since seeing Sara for the past 8 weeks. I cannot put enough emphasis on the importance of the work they’re doing.
Lydia is awesome. Her nutritional recommendations are excellent and her homeopathic supplements and Chinese herbal combinations have been lifesavers for me and my toddler.
