Maggie gets the very best care at Healing 🐾 s. All the docs and staff have open compassionate hearts. Not only are they competent and knowledgeable about health issues, but also are considerate about offering cost effective options. I trust the staff in every way. In determining a course of treatment I feel heard and included in the process. I am so glad they are there. It is well worth the trip up from Chapel Hill.
We were told by our former vet that our Misha needed to be seen ASAP but they couldnt see her because they were too busy so I called healing paws and they got her right in and we fell in love! They are so caring and answered all of our questions. I now have a new Vet for my two fur babies�
I can't say enough good things about Healing Paws. My dog, Toby, has been a bit of a frequent flyer recently. Everytime we call they are very accommodating and helpful. Just today they squeezed us in when they were booked full to help Toby while he was in pain from a back injury. I'm so appreciative that he was seen so quickly so he can be home and resting more comfortably now. If i could rate higher i would. Not only are the staff amazing and actually listen to you but Dr Mclean was very personable , caring, knowledgeable and even got on the floor to comfort and hold my cat who is terrified of new places and people. I have debilitating social anxiety , but i felt a high level of comfort and acceptance and have been recommending here to everyone i know and will continue to do so and also there prices are very affordable and they do not push you to do something you dont want or not need. Wonderful, caring practice who care for the owners as much as the animals they treat. We were 25+ year clients of another practice in Durham where we first met Dr.s Scott, Welch, and McLean. We were ecstatic to learn that the sisters were opening their own practice in Hillsborough, and that Dr. Scott would be the medical director.
