One of the biggest worries I had about relocating to Hillsborough was finding a new vet since the one he saw where I moved from had seen him from the day Bentley joined my family and trusted completely. I was very impressed with everyone at Healing Paws. About a week and a half ago I needed to find a vet that was willing to put my sweet Zoe down with kidney problems that wasn't going to make me wait through the weekend when I knew she was in pain. This was my baby, a cat that I had had since she was 4 weeks old. They were so sincere, accommodating, and made the processes as compassionate as they could. I have no doubt that Healing Paws saved our cat’s life. In 35 years of cat ownership, I have never had another vet come close to the level of care we received from Healing Paws. I am blown away by their compassion and vigilance. We will never take our animals anywhere else.
A big thank you for yesterday. We had a cat emergency and the staff and vets were prompt and courteous in returning our calls and able to work us in. I never felt rushed and excellent care was given. Thank you again!
