When my domestic rabbit Kevin woke up with an infected eye I took him to see Healing Paws. Dr Rauser and his assistant were very kind and gentle with Kevin, examined his eye, clipped his nails (which were the real issue) and prescribed the right medicine to help him recover. Thank you to Healing Paws for helping my rabbit recover.
Dr Rauser and his staff are the best. I found Dr Rauser after having some bad experiences elsewhere and have been exceptionally pleased with the care & concern shown to my fur babies. I appreciated the care and compassion shown to our 18+ Shih Tzu as they helped her cross the rainbow bridge and I couldn't ask for a better team to help me care for my newly adopted puppy mill rescue.
Today we met Dr. Rouser & his staff and could not have been more pleased or impressed with them! Dr. Rouser is so full of knowledge and did a phenomenal job with our dogs! His staff, as well as himself, gave us the upmost care and compassion! The prices are very affordable as well! We will absolutly be staying in the Healing Paws "family" and highly recommend them!
I was recommended to Dr. Rouser by one of his clients in Austin. After many horrible experiences else where, we finally found someone to call our Gracie's vet today, Dr. Rouser went above and beyond my expectations today! I'm so thankful we have a vet we can trust and that genuinely cares for the animals! Thank you oh so very much!
Dr.Rouser is best vet anywhere . Gives good care and truly loves the animals . He is a top notch Vet. and only Vet my Princess ever licked and was happy to see. Princess would not be with us today had it not been for DR. Rouser. He would not give up until Princess and Snickers were back on their feet / THANK YOU DR. ((HUGS)) FROM ALL OF US .
