Raf and Sarah are amazing massage therapists! I highly recommend signing up for a massage. I have chronic back and neck pain so I’m hesitant to get a massage but Raf shared with me how he can perform other modalities. I can’t handle deep massage so he does some gentle Swedish massage with neuromuscular touching. Raf is very professional as was Sarah. Easy to talk to. Had my first massage with Sarah. It was ok. We talked about my shoulder injury before starting. Then I felt like she forgot a few times about my shoulder injury and then remembered it while massaging, which hurts, in like the not good way. She talked a lot through the first half about weird circumstances in her own life, which doesn't help to relax. Also she was late to the meeting.
Raf is an exceptional and highly skilled massage therapist. His depth of knowledge in integrative and connective tissue bodywork is truly impressive. As a retired massage therapist myself, I understand how chronic stress can manifest in the body, and Raf’s intuitive approach provided noticeable relief. His work even alleviated chronic knee pain and improved my range of motion—something I haven’t experienced in a long time. I will definitely be booking another session with him in the future.
This was bought for me as a gift. Did not disappoint! I have already booked my 2nd visit. Can't wait.
My massage today was absolutely amazing. It is very hard for me to relax, however, Raf is great at what he does and always makes sure you are comfortable. The music, the temperature, and sound machine in the room was so calming. I will definitely be back, but with a 90 minute massage scheduled instead of the 60!
