The front desk needs immediate attention and support. No one ever answers the phone. On 4 separate occasions I've left voice messages but only 1 call was returned. Sad! I get better customer service at the nail shop. They answer immediately. Heads-up AI is real!
Very pleasant office environment. Office staff very friendly and attentive to patient needs. Dr Jauhari listens attentively and is easy with whom to talk. I experienced positive results on the first visit. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.
Healing Horizons has been the psychiatric clinic that I’ve attended since moving to Arizona and I’ve been very pleased with their practice. I see Dr. Jauhari and he’s done an excellent job with medication management. He and the office staff are also very friendly and kind which adds to a more pleasant experience. I recommend if you’re searching for a place!
10/10 psychiatry practice, Dr. Jauhari is my psychiatrist and he is always in a good mood and happy to see me whenever I go in, even goes as far as remembering the small talk we have and checking up on it. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the medication provided and got me down from 5 separate prescriptions to just 1 in only 2 months! Would recommend this practice any day!
