Most providers are PA’s and I had a difficult time with communication and diagnosing. My daughter also got a huge rash and a local infection from a nurse giving her a vaccine in her leg. Never had this happen before at other offices! Almost took her to an ER. He led got all red and hot and swollen and was the size of my hand. You have to ask to see a Dr who’s only there on certain days. Otherwise it’s a PA office. Not a fan. One more thing- they keep the office hot! They keep you in this small room, waiting, sweating and the... read more
I’m not usually one to write reviews but I’m very upset at the moment. My daughter is 9 months old, and at 3 months I believed she had a milk allergy. Dr Roller had suggested we could try a hypoallergenic formula and so we did and everything went well. At our 9 month visit, he suggested we try switching back to a milk based formula since babies often grown out of the milk allergy. The woman at the front desk who was checking me out had me feeling like an inconvenience when I had asked her to write down the future appointment dates. Also cold and did not want to be bo... read more
We had a good experience here except for one pediatrician. I forgot what her name was, she did wash her hands but never put gloves on when putting her fingers in my daughter's mouth to check her teeth. She also which I thought was very very strange once again no gloves, she was spreading my Child's private parts open to look at it. None of the other pediatricians did that except for her. I thought maybe it was normal for a pediatrician to do this just to make sure everything was okay down there. But none of the other ones di... read more
Life happens sometimes and I was running late. I called in advance to let gem know and I was told if I made it by 4:15 we would be seen. As we got there the time changed from 4:15 to 4:16 and we were told we wouldn’t be seen. A little empathy goes a long way.
