The messages we received were very professional; however, the reception attempted to charge us extra money, despite the fact that we had booked online and the terms and conditions were clear. Eventually, they acknowledged this issue but then added a fixed higher tip amount to cover for the discount we received.
I came after a long shift and was expecting a relaxing massage. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. They just use their arm/elbow to rub over your back. No technique at all, it felt like I was being shaken instead of soothed. The worst. I stopped the massage mid way and asked for a refund. They said no of course. Not sure how they have such good reviews, skip this place if you’re a woman.
This is a good place for *actual* massages and have been glad to have an inexpensive place to go to. They are willing to go above and beyond if you know what I mean. Hel-lo!
