**Extremely disappointing, and I left feeling completely unheard.** I went into this appointment after having phone conversations beforehand specifically explaining what I needed. Rikki: WORST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The "massage" consisted of an oil rub most of the time, with ZERO pressure, even after I asked for deep tissue over the phone and in-person. A minority of the time was spent on weak squeezing of my "muscles" with weak fingers, thru two layers of blankets. Not a single muscle was disturbed, not a single knot was found. I had a great experience with Rikki as my masseuse! Overall, the massage itself was very relaxing and professional. The ambience was calming and welcoming. Rikki was communicative, friendly, and attentive. I would recommend that anyone tries out Healing Hands Massage of Hartford (plus they have a great Groupon deal). This is definitely a scam they take your money off a Groupon and you make it impossible for you to book an appointment. There’s no one in the office and there’s no one that answers the phone do not purchase anything nor use their services. I’ve been calling for weeks now
I got an amazing massage from William. Truly one of the best massages I've ever gotten, and we usually go to spas in southern CT. Absolutely check them out and support them!
