Complete SCAM. Booked 4 months in advance to walk around a super trashy location for 25 minutes looking for the exact spot, called- no answer just straight to voicemail, messaged to be left on read multiples times finally to get a “ I don’t have you in my books” response, I gave a screenshot of my appointment and was just told to go get a refund which wasn’t possible since you can’t cancel within 4 hours of your appointment and MY APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT THAT TIME.
