Would not recommend. The doctor is very nice but seems best suited for basic physicals. During my first visit, she asked a lot of personal questions that didn’t seem medically relevant, especially for someone she hadn’t built any trust or rapport with yet. I continued to see her for a while, but it became clear that she prefers to follow her own holistic approach rather than collaborate with other specialists or consider medical guidelines from other providers. If you want a doctor who actually listens, this is the place. I’ve been a patient here for years and every visit has been excellent. The staff is warm and professional, and the provider takes a level of care you rarely find anymore. Unlike most clinics that overpack their schedules to generate as much revenue as possible, you actually get a full 30 minutes with the doctor herself (45 minutes as a new patient which shocked me) not counting wait time, which has always been little to none. Dr Melita and her team are very friendly. I am going through cancer and they have been helping me look at different approaches to help with my help. Dr Williams is very knowledgeable and faith based which I like.
I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews here. I scheduled an appointment but had a work conflict come up, so I called the office and left a voicemail requesting a call back to discuss my options. At no point did I ask for my appointment to be canceled. I never received a return call, and when I followed up, I finally spoke to someone at the front desk who informed me that my appointment had already been canceled and given to someone else—an assumption they made without ever speaking to me first. Would not recommend. The doctors very nice but is literally only good for physicals. I would also consider her to be a bit nosey and trying to pry into personal details of your life that doesn’t have anything to do with health, more so like a therapist, maybe it would be ok if I would have been a patient that she knew for some time but not for the first visit.
