I have been without health care for a long time now , I just couldn't afford to go on a normal basis, and I was told about healing hand I was accepted very quickly, I call because of a tooth ack, I had to unfortunately get it pulled before I got in but that was my fault not there's, but I love this place , I am now in the medical already had test done that you need yearly, I'm now waiting on eye exams, it's pretty busy but I'm confident I will be in as soon as they can , my husband is now going to make his first appointment,... read more
I have chose healing hands health center because they actually helped me with my diabetes and medications. Thank God for the workers and the funding. Staff is really nice and seem to care about your well being.
My previous experiences with them have been great until today. I had previously written a five-star review but I had to redact that after my experience this morning/ afternoon. One of the ladies that deals with scheduling and appointments hung up on me two times. She was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. I was able to call back and get her name. It is Donna Wolfe. I'm hoping that this problem gets dealt with. I left a voicemail letting them know what happened.
