I learned so much from Dr. Rudulfo's running clinic! He was so patient and helpful on teaching us the proper form to prevent pain and injury.
Participated in a running clinic this weekend. I know this technique will help me run faster while remaining injury free. But if I twist an ankle or have a bad travel experience, I know the crew at Healing Hands will fix me up in no time.
I have had a wonderful experience at healing hands. Dr. Herman is absolutely amazing ; he has great knowledge in sports medicine . I ran my first marathon in October and had terrible hip pain during the whole race. I have been seeing Dr.Herman for a few weeks and just ran my second marathon absolutely pain free; which led to a major time reduction. The staff is all wonderful .
Damien and Rob as well as the front desk staff are awesome! So nice to have a professional listen to you and not just treat the "symptoms" but treat the cause!! You guys rock!!
I thought to take a different route and have been treated at Healing Hands. When Dr Rudulfo suggested using Rock Tape, I was like, whatever! Wow! The tape's been on since Friday. My pain level has gone from 9 to 2.5 and that only when I try to take an abnormal turn. Healing Hands Chiropractic is a practice I'd recommend to anyone who cares to be relieved of pain without more pills!
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my chiropractic care!!
