I have no idea how they treat the pets because I couldn't get in touch with anyone from this organization. I left 3 voicemail messages (a person doesn't answer the phone - if you request an appointment, you go right to voicemail) and 2 emails — they left one voicemail on my phone in response. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak with a human (I was just trying to set up an appointment). I don't often leave negative reviews, but this was truly frustrating.
The staff and the doctor have been so kind , patient and informative . They show me what exercises to do at home , they are gentle and loving to my girl and I couldn’t be more grateful since the surgery she had tplo and recovery are stressful enough …I think when she is all healed we will still be coming for overall strength training and for her to visit her new friends

They have been caring for my Staffy, Panda for over a year, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Panda has had a lateral suture surgery and a TPLO, he has developed muscle, balance and even good behaviors from the sessions with Dr. Archer. Our white lab Lacy stroked out her spine. Dr Archer had confidence she could recover. I went for a few months of PT with him and Eileen. I also was very aggressive with my own “homework”. The incident happened May 31, 2025. She loved the PT with the hydrotherapy. She still needs some work but is able to walk, light run and play with her best buddy, our 10 year old golden. Dr Archer, Eileen, James and Sophia were great to work with and are great people!!!
