Healing Hands 4 Paws is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend them enough. We recently began bringing my dog here for laser therapy and water therapy and the level of care and consideration is truly heart warming. James is a superstar and so is Kelly! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl and helping her heal!
Tubbers had such an amazing experience here, and I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Kelly, Sophia, and Eileen were all absolutely incredible and treated Tubbers like she was one of their own. She can definitely be a lot at times, but they were always so patient, loving, and understanding with her every step of the way. I am so impressed with Dr. Archer and his team. They helped my girl get on the right track, she is doing great. Very comforting team, and knowledgeable. So happy I found them.
I have no idea how they treat the pets because I couldn't get in touch with anyone from this organization. I left 3 voicemail messages (a person doesn't answer the phone - if you request an appointment, you go right to voicemail) and 2 emails — they left one voicemail on my phone in response. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak with a human (I was just trying to set up an appointment). I don't often leave negative reviews, but this was truly frustrating.
The staff and the doctor have been so kind , patient and informative . They show me what exercises to do at home , they are gentle and loving to my girl and I couldn’t be more grateful since the surgery she had tplo and recovery are stressful enough …I think when she is all healed we will still be coming for overall strength training and for her to visit her new friends
