I am a true yoga beginner and I’m so happy I found this studio and Kim’s classes! Her unconditional positive regard for all participants was instantly relaxing when I entered the room. My insecurities lessened each week and I found that I pushed myself to try new poses as each class and each week progressed. I attribute that to Kim’s wisdom and encouragement, 100%. I can’t wait to return for the next class series!
