What a sacred space with compassionate loving people
Beautiful space and sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I'm so happy I found this delightful spot to practice yoga from such a talented and passionate teacher.
This is my favorite place to practice yoga in Athens. Meghan is deeply rooted in the traditional styles of yoga and that is refreshing. The yoga studio is absolutely beautiful, very peaceful and clean. Remedy, the herb shop, is run by super knowledgeable people and they are so helpful! Do yourself a favor and stop by and take a class when you get a chance.
