So I google anger management near me, the first thing popped up was Healing 4 Purpose. I gave them a call and explained what I was going thru, it wasn't that I was angry just feel like I wasn't being heard, and needing to find out where am I going wrong. I was extremely nervous going into the session and unsure if I would even be able to discuss or process some of my past and recent trauma since many of the experiences happened years ago. Dr. Ronny immediately helped create a calming environment by guiding me through relaxation exercises that helped me feel more comfortable and grounded.
