I signed a year lease with Dan and paid my deposit. My son was run over in a cross walk in Denver. All of the rooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Dan is illegally keeping the deposit. I have to hire an attorney. I am doing this not because of the money. But, who refuses to return the deposit to a mother of a son in this condition. I have notarized letters from surgeons and PCP. Lisa and her group were great when selling my first home. Very upfront and transparent and made sure that my questions were answered all the way through the process including post closing. Their network of service providers for maintenance and staging were top notch and very affordable.
