The Spring Street location is great, but I have left messages and been trying to make follow up appointments for almost a month and a half. I can’t get a call back. I’ve left multiple voicemails. My phone is older and already packed so I can’t access their client portal and that seems to be the only way to get an appointment. I’ve left multiple messages over the past month and a half and no one has called me back. If you do things the old-fashioned way over the phone this doesn’t seem to be a good fit.
My daughter comes to this facility and she was off to a slow start, but once her therapist (Ms. S.) began to work with her, and see the areas where my daughter neded help, her therapist came up with a plan that us meeting my daughter's needs. It is truly a pleasure having someone on board that is producing outcomes. I thank the therapist and the facilty, you're doing great things by changing people's lives.
Very money hungry, they like to keep you in the cycle of addictions to make money off you.
