I very much like Dr Fito. But the office staff is sometimes not very helpful. My main frustration is that they do not do email or internet. In order to have a form filled out for Disability, I had to go to Unemployment in Santa Rosa, wait 45 minutes and then drive it to Healdsburg. What a waste of time and gas, not to mention missing an hour of work to do this. Why don't they join the 21st century?

I had an appointment with Dr. Bollinger. Orthopedic Surgeon. I needed trigger point injections for an inflammatory area on my thumb joint. I have received these periodically for years. This is the only time I can say It was just pain free. What a compassionate person. He was careful and considerate. The injections themselves can be painful. Not here. I am so glad I found this Dr. The staff was nice and professional.

Liz the referral coordinator is extremely rude and impatient. She also lied about my hip MRI getting denied and falsified a paper trail to cover over her tracks. I ended up having to go through a different office to get the hip MRI done and it took so long because of Liz’s negligence it healed improperly and I have constant permanent pain. The rest of the staff is very nice but they keep losing good doctors and you definitely won’t get the care you need.
