My mom and I had appointments with Dr. Monica Almeida today. Zero wait time , as always !! We were commenting that we feel very lucky to have her as our primary doctor and she’s only 10 minutes away from our place. Thanks to all her team, it’s a real pleasure to see you guys!
Magnificent visit and wonderful experience. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing on how details learned about my medical history, talked about current and past issues, how to move forward as provider-patient partnership. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez & Dr. Almeida as your primary provider. The office takes Medicare & Tricare plans alike. Thank you.
Excellent service and great staff! My waiting time was 5 minutes. Dr. Almeida is is an excellent doctor, she takes the time to listen to your concerns, and does an excellent job explaining things to you in ways you can understand! I was concerned about one of my lab tests. Dr Almeida personally called to tell me that the test was good and I have no problem! Now that is GREAT customer service! Richard
