Had an Abhyanga massage with Shannon and it was lovely and much needed! Didn’t expect the massage element, so I was pleasantly surprised. So glad I found this place.
I have done half a dozen sessions with Shannon. There is nothing so lovely as oil pouring over your forehead (Shirodhara) and after the second time I did Abhyanga, my hip pain took a moment off. The work is deep, private and nurturing.
I feel so LOVED after this treatment, and so GRATEFUL for myself for this selfcare and for Shannon to provide this experience to me (I did Shirodhara) much needed for every person! My forehead is so soft and calm as well as my nervous system, I react differently on everything, from the place of love.. perfect recharge even if it’s in the middle of the busy day Thank you!
I did a Shirodhara session last night with Shannon, and I am blown away with how relaxing & peaceful the experience was! Shannon is an incredibly kind and talented practitioner, making me feel safe and comfortable at all times. She really cares about giving you a lovely experience from start to finish. The treatment itself was so relaxing, I even fell asleep for a few minutes. The treatment room was clean & inviting.
