The nurse who took the blood was so sweet and did a good job i didn’t feel anything while having my blood work done.The staffs are very nice and caring
My mother, who is 82, visited Heal360 from out of town. She was seen by someone who claimed to be a physician. This “physician” wrote her the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacy called, left messages, and even faxed the request for the correct prescription. I called, left dozens of messages, and went back to Wylie Heal360, only to find a note on the door stating that they were closed during regular business hours. Tried to obtain a refill for blood pressure medications that ran out before the next visit and the clinic has not responded ded to the pharmacy repeated calls and fax requesting a prescription. Calls to the clinic are answered by an answering service that was obviously driving somewhere. This is unacceptable.
