I had a great experience with Mr. Scott Cheshier he helped me get the most trade in value for my other vehicle and got me a great deal on another one! I like that he was a straight forward about everything!
Vehicle been inside their shop for 3 months for a crank no start and the mechanic haven't had time to look at it but charge me for a oil filter and oil filter cap. I was told not to go there. Lesson learned
last week my husband made appointment to have his drivers side door checked an fixed.( will not open from outside) dropped it off at 8 am Wednesday. he called after 3pm. they hadn’t got to his car. he left it there hoping he would get a call Thursday that they found issue. he call around noon Thursday. an again they had not gotten to his car. whats the point in making an appointment. so the car set there for no reason. what did an emergency transmission install came in. he was not happy at all. this is very bad customer serv... read more
