Jim is extremely professional as well as one of the kindest people I've worked with. I've had some long-lasting ankle issues that have been written off as tendon problems in the past. Jim quickly identified it as a mobility issue that was having an effect on a nerve, causing false pain. With a few weeks of stretching the symptoms are almost nonexistent.
Jim is equally knowledgeable as he is personable! His results-driven attitude and attention to detail got me back up and running (literally) faster than I could have hoped! He is able to laser in on the root causes of movement disorders, provide hands-on direct fixes and retrain the supportive muscles to prevent recurrence. Very highly recommended!
Couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and caring team to help me through my lower-back and hip-flexor problem's. Much thanks to Heafner Health for working through the pain with me and providing me great notes/home exercises to continue my recovery.

Had an ankle sprain several weeks before a planned far away hiking trip. Jim expertly and confidently rehabbed my sprain with great skill and I was completely functional when I did my hike.
Jim is wonderful! He worked with me as I was coming back from a broken clavicle. He not only helped me regain my range of motion in the shoulder, but also helped me with a few other nagging injuries. Thank you Jim!!
