Disappointing and Inflexible Service – Avoid for Children with Special Needs I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this business, starting with logistical issues and ending with unacceptable customer service. After driving an hour to the DuBois location only to find out the stop taking walk in at 12 and close at 1 from what the lady told me so I drove an additional hour and twenty minutes to their Indiana location. I have two biracial sons, and not everyone does a good job cutting their hair. They try, I give them that. We recently started going to HeadzUp and it is now my #1 spot to have their haircut. My boys love going there too, if I ask them if they want a haircut, they tell me only if it's at HeadzUp. They say when they leave. HeadzUp their hair looks like the haircut hey actually wanted.
We had such a great experience! They were so patient with my toddler boys and did an amazing job on both haircuts. They took their time, made the boys feel comfortable, and their hair looks absolutely adorable! We’ll definitely be back!
