The staff are all very nice and very helpful. The only place I know that actually lets you take kayaks out to try them before buying. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend headwaters kayak. I am located in central Illinois and had tons of kayak questions. I spoke to them over the phone and they answered all my questions. They took the time to really help me out knowing that I would not be purchasing a boat from them. First class company. Dan also returned messages sent through messenger. If I was anywhere close to them this would be my go to shop. Thanks!! Btw I went with the Feelfree.
